(Task 7) RESEARCH-Order of title credits (Skyfall)

The first thing we see, before the title sequence is the main character falling into the sea.  I believe this has been done as the main character, Daniel Craig, is quite an important figure head. With him being shown first, it attracts an audience to watch. The fact that he's falling into the sea also highlights the genre of the film too.  The main title of the movie is usually written in bald writing, for it to stand out.  Another reason it could be written in bold is to emphasise something in the movie. Also the film title usually stays on the screen for a longer period of time than other titles.  After the main character, and the film title, then the producer/director etc comes after that.  However in some movies, where the director really famous for making successful movies, his/her name will be written before the main character.
