What is an Target Audience?: An specific group of people who the producer is trying to satisfy by meeting their needs. The needs of the audience is often acquired by conducting group studies.
Why does a film have a target audience?: It makes it easier for the film company to make a successful film.
The film genre that I have chosen to produce for my film is thriller with a sub-genre of spy genre, so i have decided to pick analyse some films which can be associated with said genre. Doing so I believe that I was able to identify the things that my potential audience are stereotyped to like, their life style, demographic and more
