- Thriller
Thriller being our first choice because after watching a good few title sequences we were able to easily identify the codes and conventions associated with the genre. this is a positive because if
we were to attempt to create our own title sequence with thriller, it would be more likely to be a successful. Also we know that this particular genre although not that successful shown by the bfi box office is a popular one.
- Spy Fiction
in my eyes the reasons that my group chose to consider the spy genre is due to the fact that it is a sub genre of the genre Thriller the main genre that we are interested in and because of this we have had in mind that either one we choose we could make a title sequence which implicates both genres to make a hybrid.
- Mystery
I found interest in the Mystery fiction genre because of the stereotypes that have been associated with the films. for examples mystery films are known to create suspense from the beginning of the product which in my eyes is successful because audience's subconsciously love being one step behind a film, and the will like a plot they cant guess this will make the product successful.
